Very happy with all the clothes I have bought the fit is great

Love bon prix clothing but very dissapointed with returners. Everytime I send back goods my account is not credited even after two weeks of been returned. I always have to phone operators to tell them about the returnesi sent back and tell them the barcode no. Even after making a returns collection. Its cost me a fortune in phone bills. I am a very good and loyal customer of bon prix and if this continues I will be closing my account.

Have been searching for new bras for a while now, found what I needed at Bonprix, really good quality for the price. Excellent service, order arrived on time. So overall I am really happy with the service they give.

Easy to use I would like to see more variety of items at reasonable prices.

When dress arrived it bore little resemblance to the picture of the dress on line. There was not enough fabric in the darts below the bust with the result that the dress just hung straight down with no fullness.
